Abstract

In the presentation of the research results, the essence, the possibility and the features of lifelong learning of pedagogical workers in the system of continuous education are covered; the models of continuous education for the training of specialists, in particular pedagogical workers, in the conditions of public administration and the main systems of their professional training are defined. Public administration includes, in particular, that activity that ensures the effective functioning of the entire system of state authorities and local self-government bodies and involves the broad involvement of various interested parties in the development and implementation of state policy in social administration. When teaching students in pedagogical higher education institutions, management is considered in addition to the educational systems: schools, preschools, centers of additional education, etc. The modern system of general, secondary special and higher education of Ukraine is forced to solve such tasks, which a few years ago many scientists-pedagogues and practitioners did not seriously think about. It is about the necessity of forming motivations, needs, and interest in education seekers to obtain high professional competence education, adaptation skills for successful professional activity. This will make it possible to correctly outline the ways of formation and strengthening of professional interest while studying at school, college and higher education institution, which largely depends on further professional activity and socialization of the individual. Therefore, it has become necessary to develop directions for the implementation of mechanisms of foreign experience of continuous education in Ukraine. This is where the problem of finding research activities to support the development mechanisms of such education system arises, the main purpose of which is to find out the peculiarities of the human learning process itself in different periods of life, its motivation, the development of interests and needs of specialists in various fields of knowledge. Correct professional self-determination, interest in the framework of a new model of continuous education – criteria for evaluating the quality of training of specialists in various fields of education in Ukraine, including teachers.
