METHODICAL APPROACH TO THE ASSESSMENT OF THE ADAPTATION POTENTIAL OF ENSURING ANTI-CRISIS SUSTAINABILITY OF THE TOURISM ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Maintaining a high level of anti-crisis sustainability is key to ensuring successful long-term development of tourism enterprises in conditions of constant change and competition. Tourism companies need to have a high level of flexibility, adaptability and ability to respond quickly to changes. Under such conditions, the main task of the tourism enterprise is the formation of adaptation potential to ensure anti-crisis sustainability. The article theoretically substantiates the methodological approach to assessing the adaptation potential of ensuring the anti-crisis sustainability of a tourism enterprise. The key indicators for assessing the adaptive capabilities of a tourism enterprise for successful adaptation to changes in the business environment have been determined. The results of the assessment of the impact of adaptation opportunities on ensuring the components of anti-crisis sustainability, the calculation of the adaptation potential of ensuring the components of anti-crisis sustainability and the assessment of potential reserves for increasing the components of anti-crisis sustainability of the tourism enterprise are given. It is noted that the assessment of the adaptation potential together with the functional components of anti-crisis sustainability solves the problem of mobilizing the internal reserves of the tourism enterprise in order to create the conditions for the effective operation of enterprises in conditions of market instability. In order to ensure a timely adaptive response to changes in external environmental factors, management solutions are proposed for individual levels of the adaptive potential of ensuring anti-crisis sustainability (high, sufficient, satisfactory, low), the practical implementation of which creates the possibility of leveling the negative impact of external environmental factors and using the internal adaptive capabilities of the tourism enterprise.
