SECURITY OF TOURISM IN UKRAINE UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARITAL STATE

Abstract

Ensuring the safety of tourism involves a whole set of measures within the framework of national legislation that guarantee the safety of the movement of tourists on the territory of the state, their stay, and the preservation of health, life and property. The article examines the main requirements for ensuring the safety of tourism in Ukraine under martial law. The safety of tourism in various regions is characterized, in particular Kyiv and the Kyiv region, in Cherkasy region, Poltava region, Volyn, Lviv region, Ternopil region, Vinnytsia region, Zakarpattia, in Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi region. central, western, northern and southern parts of Ukraine. The main rules and prohibitions for ensuring the safety of tourists and tourist enterprises are defined. The features and key trends of the development of the tourism industry are highlighted. The regulatory support for the stay of tourists in the relevant regions of Ukraine has been analyzed. Measures have been developed and proposed to protect tourist and tourist enterprises with a reduction in the level of danger for the participants of the journeys. Features of ensuring safety in tourism through clearly planned work of industry enterprises are described, recommendations on safety of various types of tourism by purpose of stay are presented. The main requirements for compensation by insurance companies for losses incurred during the martial law and in connection with military operations have been disclosed. The legislative requirements for the subjects of tourist activity, which carry out the relevant type of activity, regarding ensuring the safety of tourist are outlined. The regulatory support for tourists traveling outside of Ukraine is characterized. Further use of the generalized research results is suggested.
