The article is devoted to exploring innovative approaches to motivating employees in medical institutions, an essential aspect of ensuring effective healthcare delivery. The article highlights the importance of combining material and non-material incentives tailored to the unique demands of the healthcare sector. Individualized approaches are particularly emphasized, as they address the specific needs and priorities of each employee. Programs for professional development, mentorship for young specialists, and flexible work schedules contribute to higher job satisfaction and engagement. The use of modern technologies, such as medical information systems, automation of routine tasks, and telemedicine solutions, simplifies administrative processes, reduces the burden on medical staff, and fosters opportunities for continuous professional growth. Additionally, the creation of a comfortable working environment is essential for sustaining employee well-being and productivity. Elements such as ergonomic workplaces, psychological support programs, and rest areas help mitigate stress and prevent burnout.
