Abstract

The article proposes an integrated information model of sustainable development management, which combines environmental and economic indicators into a single digital analytical circuit. The purpose of the study is to develop an integrated information model of sustainable development management based on environmental and economic analysis, which includes a structural and functional architecture, mathematical submodels of environmental and economic indicators, algorithms for their integration and calculation of generalized sustainability assessment indices. To achieve the goal, the mathematical operators of normalization, aggregation and integration used to construct a generalized sustainability index (SRI) were formalized, and the system was implemented in an IT environment. Within the framework of the methodology, sets of objects, indicators and time periods are defined, a formalized data structure and a multilayer architecture of the system are presented, which includes modules for data collection, storage, processing and visualization. To assess the effectiveness of the model, experimental load testing was conducted, within which the number of indicators increased from 10 to 10,000 per object. The results demonstrated the expected linear growth of processing time, the stability of the integration module and the absence of critical resource constraints. The increase in CPU and RAM usage corresponds to the behavior of high-load multidimensional analysis systems and is consistent with modern scientific research in the field of digital sustainability. The results obtained confirm the practical suitability of the model for use in environmental and economic monitoring, industrial and municipal management systems, and also determine the prospects for further development of the architecture.
