Abstract

The relevance of the article lies in determining the options for the technical development of motor transport enterprises based on the study of the relationship between the renewal of rolling stock and the development of the production and technical base. Implementation of the optimal option for technical development, which will increase the technical level, efficiency and competitiveness of the motor transport enterprise. The material basis of motor transport enterprises for maintaining the fleet of vehicles in working condition is the production and technical base, that is, a set of buildings, structures, equipment, equipment and tools that provide maintenance, current repair and storage of vehicles and create the necessary conditions for the work of personnel. The existing production and technical base has many shortcomings. The lag of the production and technical base from modern requirements significantly affects the level of performance of vehicles, as well as material and labor costs for their maintenance and repair. This, in turn, leads to a deterioration in the final results of the enterprise. Existing models and methods for assessing the effectiveness of VTB do not sufficiently take into account the diverse components of ensuring the efficiency and development of production. Such as assessing possible directions for increasing production, assessing socio-psychological, ergonomic indicators of the production base, and others. All these models do not take into account all components of the production and technical base of the enterprise as a whole. The constant increase in the number of service stations increases the level of competition and leads to a more fierce struggle in the services market. In order not to lose your niche in the market segment, it is necessary to develop the production base of the enterprise in a timely manner and to the required extent and ensure the efficiency of its functioning. Systematic studies of the production and technical base involve a holistic consideration of its functioning, taking into account internal and external relationships. The task of assessing the efficiency of the functioning of the production and technical base of the enterprise is extremely important. Such an assessment should be formed taking into account various factors that affect its condition and efficiency. The methodology for assessing the efficiency of the production and technical base of the enterprise allows you to determine its rational directions, condition and ways of development and ensure the efficiency of its functioning.
