The article by the authors Petrov L.M., Kishyanus I.V., Verpivsky S.M., Malinovsky O.A., Nikishin V.A., Sheluhnin S.V. theoretical possibilities for increasing the parameters of the motion of a car with a potential energy accumulator in the contact center of the wheel drive with the support surface provides conditions for a wheel drive in which, simultaneously in the working process of its rolling, potential energy is superimposed on kinetic energy. The mathematical model of rolling of a wheel drive of a truck, which is based on the theorem on the change in kinetic energy of an automobile system, showed and identified the zone of the most effective operation of rolling of a wheel drive using the rotational movement of elastic elements. The scientific and practical significance of the work lies in the fact that for the first time a truck with a theoretical development is proposed in which the theory with an elastic energy accumulator is applied to increase its cross-country ability, in which, when the wheels rotate, a technology for accumulating energy in the area of the contact spot with the supporting surface is introduced. The research methodology was to establish a mathematical relationship between the movable elastic energy storage and the rotation of the axle relative to the contact patch. The result is a developed geometry of a truck for performing combat missions with a movable elastic energy storage to confirm its working motion, which corresponds to the movement of the running wheels between the second and third driving axles. The value of the research, the results of the work will allow us to make a contribution to the automotive industry for the performance of combat missions. A truck is proposed to increase cross-country ability, dynamism, and reduce fuel consumption, which is relevant today.
