Procedure for publishing articles in a scientific journal

As part of the submission process, authors must verify that their materials meet all journal requirements. Materials that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted for consideration.
Submitted materials must meet the following requirements:
- be original research that has not been previously published (in a journal or book) and is not currently under consideration by any other journal or publishing house;
- when preparing materials, authors must be guided by the principles of academic integrity, their ethical obligations and the journal's policies regarding the use of artificial intelligence and ethical approval of research involving humans, animals, or their biological materials, personal or confidential data;
- the text must meet the structural, stylistic and bibliographic requirements for the design of articles;
- all borrowed materials must contain a reference to the original source.
Submission of materials, checking the status of the article and communication with the editorial office is carried out through the journal website, where you must log in as a registered user.
The following is submitted to the editorial office:
- an article formatted in accordance with the specified requirements.
After submitting the article, the editorial process consists of the following main stages.
1. Article registration
Performed by the editor-in-chief/technical editor. The article is assigned a unique number and the date of submission is recorded.
2. Preliminary review
Carried out by the editor-in-chief, duration – up to 1 week from the date of submission of the article. A preliminary check of the submitted materials is carried out for compliance of their content with the journal's topic, formal requirements for design (text formatting, content and volume of annotations, content and design of the literature used, writing style). If the established requirements are not met, the article may be rejected or sent for revision to ensure compliance with the current requirements. The date of submission will be considered the date of re-submission of the corrected article.
3. Plagiarism check
Performed by – technical editor, duration – up to 2 weeks from the date of submission of the article. In case of more than 25% borrowings – the article is rejected, about which the authors are notified. In case of compliance with all requirements, the article review procedure is initiated.
4. Reviewing
Performed by – reviewers, duration – up to 4 weeks from the date of submission of the article. After the editor-in-chief selects reviewers who meet the specified criteria, the article is subjected to double-blind review, during which neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other. Reviewers evaluate the article according to the following indicators:
– correspondence of the title of the work to its content;
– correspondence of the structure of the article to the established requirements;
– correspondence of the used literature and the order of references to the established requirements;
– relevance of the presented research for theory and practice and their novelty;
– quality of analysis of modern works on the topic of the study;
– correspondence of the methodology used to the tasks set;
– reliability of the results obtained and its provision;
– correspondence of the goal and results;
– validity of the conclusions;
– correspondence of the volume and content of the annotations to the established requirements.
5. Acceptance for publication
The final decision on the submitted materials is made by the editorial board. The results of the review of the submitted materials, comments and recommendations are sent to the authors.
The editorial board reserves the right to make minor literary corrections and shorten the submitted texts while preserving the author's style.
After final approval by the editorial board, the authors fill out and sign the "License Agreement for the Use of the Work", which grants the founder a license to use the article. The publisher allows the author to store the final version of the article in an institutional or thematic depository in open access. License agreements are stored in the journal's editorial office.
Materials submitted to the editorial board cannot be published in other scientific journals.
